Terms of Service

Welcome to Small Moments. By subscribing to our WhatsApp-based journaling service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service Small Moments provides an automated journaling assistant via WhatsApp. We use AI technology (OpenAI GPT-4o) to transcribe and format your messages into personal journal entries. You acknowledge that AI is a tool and may occasionally have transcription errors; you are responsible for the final accuracy of your saved memories.

2. Subscription & Payment

Fees: You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee of $7 AUD (or as otherwise stated at checkout).

Billing: Billing is recurring and will be charged to your nominated payment method every 30 days.

Price Changes: We will provide 14 days' notice of any price changes.

3. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Small Moments for any illegal purposes or to send "spam" or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies or our internal safety guidelines.

4. Data & Privacy Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. While we use AI to process your messages, your data is never used to train public AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Small Moments is not liable for data loss due to technical failures of third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google, or Meta).
